If your item is not picked up during scheduled pick up times your credit card will be automatically billed for the purchase price, 13% buyers premium and $10.00 late/hold fee per day for up to 7 days then property will be considered abandoned. A $15.00 service fee will be added to all cards which are declined. Compliance with Terms of Sale - In default of payment of purchase price in full within the time specified, Wild Alaska Auction Company LLC may retain all monies received as liquidated damages in addition to all other remedies allowed by law. Goods not paid for or removed within the time specified may be resold at public or private sale without further notice and any deficiency, together with all expenses and charges of resale, will be charged to the defaulting purchaser. Removal - We appreciate all of our bidders both local and out of the area but we are an auction company and not a storage facility. All items shall be removed immediately following payment during scheduled pick up days following auction. Removal shall be at the expense, liability and risk of the purchaser. Purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold harmless both consignor Wild Alaska Auction against any damage caused by acts of the purchaser and/or his agents. Wild Alaska Auction is not responsible for goods not removed within the time specified, and shall have the option of removing and storing any goods not removed at the expense and risk of the purchaser. Personal and Property Risk - Persons attending during preview, pick up of sale or removal of goods assume all risks of injury or loss to person and property and specifically release Wild Alaska Auction Company LLC from liability therefore. Neither Wild Alaska Auction Company LLC. nor its principals shall be liable by reason of any defect or condition on which the sale is held. Shipping Instructions:Shipping cost is the sole responsibility of the buyer. All Freight items will be the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping will be handled by Wild Alaska Auction Co. LLC and our 3rd Party Shipping – Shipping Saint. Charges will include the cost of shipping and packaging supplies as well as a handling fee. Items will be combined to reduce shipping costs to the greatest extent possible while maintaining the safety of the items within the package. All purchases with a combined value over $100.00 will require insurance which will be paid by the buyer. All purchases will be shipped within 15 business days of payment. Your credit card will be charged once for your items and then you will receive an invoice and pay shipping saint directly for shipping, handling and associated costs. There is a handling and material cost associated with your shipping total. Please be aware that while we try to keep cost to an absolute minimum for you we cannot ship your items for free. Our goal is to get your winning items to you in the same condition as they left the state. We will not ship ammunition, gun powder or other hazardous items out of Alaska, so please do not bid on said items unless you plan on picking them up in the state of Alaska. LLC offers delivery service to Alaska Air Cargo, Lynden Transport with arrangements made by Buyer for a fee a min. fee of $100 that can increase if items need additional labor to deliver. Online Bidding information Max Bid & Increasing your own bid/Bidding Errors: Please be aware that many bidders routinely increase their own bid to price an item out of reach of other bidders. Bid Notification: If you have been outbid you will be notified by email ONLY UNTIL the last day of the auction --- starting at midnight EST the night before the ending of the auction notices are not sent.
