Payment Due in full within 48 hours from the conclusion of the auction. Invoices over $5,000 must be paid by wire transfer unless previous authorization is granted by the auctioneer. If Auctioneer agrees to accept a payment via credit card, a 3% credit card fee may be assessed. Bidder agrees that insufficient available funds to pay the full Payment Due shall not be a valid defense for non-payment.
