1. Auction Dates: The auction will start on September 14th and end on September 29th at 2:00 PM. 2. Item Pick-Up: Item pick-up will be in Lyons, Nebraska, on Tuesday, October 1st from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, or by appointment/scheduled pick-up. We understand that schedules can be tight, so we are more than willing to work with you to arrange a convenient pick-up time if needed. 3. Shipping: A $10 shipping and handling fee will be applied, along with the actual shipping cost for any items shipped. We strive to ensure that your items are shipped promptly and securely. 4. Payment Terms: Accepted payment methods include cash, check, and all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.) through Square. Please note that a 4% credit card fee will be applied. We do not use the same credit card or payment system as HiBid, so please look for an invoice from (WheatonEnterprise@Gmail.com) in your email. An itemized invoice will be attached as a PDF file at the bottom of the email. 5. Bidding Rules: Minimum bid increments are [Bid Increment]. In the event of tie bids, the earliest bid placed will be considered the winning bid. 6. Customer Service: We pride ourselves on being personable and accommodating. Unlike other auctions, we ensure that you have plenty of time to collect your items and are always willing to work with you to meet your needs. 7. Non-Payment Policy: Any person who fails to pay or contact us to pick up their item will be blocked from participating in the next two auctions.
