AuctionALL General Terms and Conditions: All AuctionALL lot items being sold are as is , where is and can not be accountable for any miss information or mistakes, although we strive to have honest and true lots and put great effort to detail every item. AuctionALL lot items which the buyer has won is to be pickup from this auction at 701 RoundUp St. Belle Fourche,SD 57717 during our pickup dates , or you may have them shipped. Shipping for smaller items with AuctionALL will be $5.00 plus our cost of shipping with either UPS,USPS or FedEx. Bigger items or bulky items like 16”x16”16” will be extra cost within reason due to extra process to ship. AuctionALL will run your payment card at the end of every auction from your Hibid account UNLESS you contact us before the end of the auction either thru EMAIL (auctionALLLLC@gmail.com) or Phone: 605-801-0331 AuctionALL will give the winning bidder around 3 days after the auction to pickup the winning items. After the times to pickup items are past then the items are owned by AuctionALL unless you first contact AuctionALL and make arrangements and may be charged holding fee. Tax Exemptions: Sales tax will be collected on all items. If you are exempt from paying sales tax (a reseller or tax exempt entity) your exemption certificate must be on file with AuctionALL Auctions or we must collect sales tax AuctionALL Auctions reserves the right to cancel, suspend, extend or reschedule an individual item and/or auction event which may be due to weather or etc.
