All bidders must carefully consider and agree to the following terms and conditions before placing a bid. - No buyers premium will be charged at this Live On-Site portion of this auction (applies to in person bidding only), online buyers will be subject to a 7% buyers premium on Online Purchases Only. - The live auction will be held Saturday, November 2, 2024 9:00am. start time with Online Simlucast beginning at 9:30am. (Times may change - watch for details) - Payment is due to cashier before any items are to be removed from the premises, a PAID IN FULL receipt will be required for loading your items. - Cash, Check and Credit Cards will be accepted as payment. (a 5% card processing fee will be added to all credit/debit card transactions) - All property is sold "AS IS", and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Wieseman Auction Service may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the Internet or verbally but makes no representations. In no event shall Wieseman Auction Service be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value, or any other determinative factor. Wieseman Auction Service shall endeavor to describe in detail each item and any pertinent information about it. Wieseman Auction Service will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise. Bidder agrees that everything is sold "as is" and that they may not return any item they purchase. Wieseman Auction Service will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. - Buyers are responsible for supplying any materials, equipment, or assistance needed to properly move and pack all purchased items. We will have a forklift available onsite to assist with loading heavy items. - Items not picked up by winning bidders at the given address within 7 days will be forfeited and sold at the discretion of Wieseman Auction Service.
