The following are the terms that bidders and consignors agree to before bidding in the online auction. All agree these will be the terms of the online auction. All Sales are final! Bidder understands and agrees no refunds, exhanges, adjustments, etc will be allowed. Auctioneer makes no warranty or guarantee of any kind with respect to condition, authenticity, source, condition of suitability for a particular purpose. Auctioneer reserves the right to change, modify, delete any item or lot or description in the auction as may be necessary. 10% Buyers Premium All items must be picked up on Thursday October 3rd, 2024 from 3:00 to 7:00 PM. You will be charged if items are not picked up and items will become property of Morrow Auction Service. WE DO NOT CHARGE YOUR CARD ON FILE UNLESS YOU DON'T PICKUP! Address will be disclosed in email when invoices are sent out. ITEM REMOVAL on Thursday October 3rd, 2024 from 3:00 to 7:00 PM., NO EXCEPTIONS & Buyer MUST bring own labor for removing large items, limited auction staff will be available. No other pickup dates available for this sale! All property is sold in "AS-IS" and "Where IS" condition. PAYMENT METHODS: Cash, approved check or Credit card with 4% fee.

Shipping / Pick Up

Pickup will be on Thursday October 3, 2024 from 3:00 - 7:00 PM and payment will be required when picking up. If you do not pickup your items and pay we will charge the card on file and the items will remain property of Morrow Auction Service. Items marked with shipping symbol can be shipped and buyer will need to pay for shipping before the items are shipped. Can be shipped UPS or USPS ground service to anyone in the US. No itmes will be shipped out of the country.
