We have been working on liquidating the estate of the late Wayne Shields Long Time antique collector, dealer, and former owner of Shields Collectibles in Richmond. This lifelong collection will have 3 auctions dedicated just to this estate. The first is this toy collection. The second an Ephemera auction and the 3rd a collectible auction. The Ephemera collection includes postcards, WW1 and WW2 photo albums, movie posters, tin types, daguerreotypes, stereoview cards, Civil War Soldiers, Richmond Light Infantry Memorabilia, Richmond memorabilia, and more! 1) All items are sold in as is where is condition. We will do our best to let you know of any flaws with the items, but they are sold as is where is. No returns, refunds, exchanges, or warranties. Assume all items are untested unless they specifically state they are tested. 2) Preview will be Tuesdays from 10am-5pm, Wednesdays from 1pm-4pm, and Fridays from 9am-12pm. 3) Shipping is available on items that fit in a flat rate box for a $10 per item packaging fee plus the actual cost of shipping. It is a slow service. All packages will be insured all claims can be taken up with USPS not us. Items larger than a flat rate box must be picked up by a shipper during the designated pick up time. If they are not picked up they will be deemed abandoned. WE highly recommend contacting Jeffs Packaging in Kilmarnock for fragile and large shipping items. We will delvier them to Jeffs Packaging for a $10 fee. Bidders must contact Jeffs Packaging first to confirm with them before we will drop off items. Any in house shipping invoices not paid within 30 days of being sent will be deemed abandoned. Please allow up to 2 weeks to receive a shipping invoice for in house shipping. We are an auction company not a shipping company. 4) Please plan on picking up items during the designated pick up time. 5) Pick ups will be at Big Red Auctions Warehouse and Gallery at 488 N Main St Kilmarnock, VA 22482 on Friday October 11th from 9am-12pm or Tuesday October 15th from 10am-5pm. You may come anytime during the pick up day. 6) This auction will use Currency Pay which will automatically charge your credit card after the auction for any won items. If you would like to pay with cash or check at pick up please contact Brad before the auction ends. 7) Sales Tax applies please make sure your tax ID number is on file if you are exempt. 8) Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns Happy Bidding and Have Fun! 9) The buyer premium for this auction is 15%. There is no additional credit card fee. 10) Items not Picked up will be deemed abandoned there is no other pick up day. . 11) All bids are final. Bids cannot be removed, changed, or lowered once place. All bids are a binding agreement to purchase at that price. 12) Buyer must Take everything in a lot. 13) We are not a storage facility items sold must be picked up during the designated pick up time to make room for the next auction! 14) Non Local bidders with a 5 or below Hibid score will not be permitted to bid on Gold and Silver due to fraud

Payment Terms
Payments will be done with currency pay and charged to the credit card you registered with. If you would like to be a cash customer please contact us before the end of the auction.
Pick up will be at Big Reds in Kilmarnock. Buyers are responsible for unhooking, and removing all items safely from the property. Buyers must bring all tools, supplies, boxes, and help needed to do so. Shipping is available in-house on items that fit in a USPS Flat rate boxes for $10 plus actual shipping cost with insurance. Items that do not fit in a flat rate box must have shipping coordinated with a third party and picked up during the designated pick up time. Shipping should be requested by emailing bigredhibid@gmail.com. We highly recommend large and fragile items be shipped by a third party shipper. We will deliver items to Jeffs Packaging in Kilmarnock for a $10 fee once you have contacted them and they have agreed to package your items.
