Neither Texas Auto Title nor the Seller is responsible for technical or operator failure of internet biding. Failure to pay in full or remove merchandise by allotted time will result in loss of deposit. All merchandise must be removed by November 22, 2024 4 PM CST by appointment only. Any merchandise not removed or paid for in full by the allotted time will be subject to: storage, removal, and disposal fees at the discretion of auctioneer with all expenses to be paid by the buyer. All such merchandise may be deemed abandoned and subject to resale at the discretion of auctioneer with all expenses to be paid by the buyer. Buyer will be responsible for the difference between the initial bid and secondary bid.

Texas Auto Title & Registration Consultants, Inc., (the "Auctioneer") and its employees and representatives are agents of the Seller. Seller/Auctioneer disclaims any and all express and implied warranties regarding the items to be sold. All auctions are conducted "WITH RESERVE", as defined by the (TEXAS BUSINESS & COMMERCE CODE, Section 2.328(c)). Seller/Auctioneer reserves the right to reject any and all bids until the successful bidder has been notified as set forth below. Such notification shall constitute the conclusion of the auction. Buyers are responsible for their purchases when auctioneer says "SOLD". All bids at any auction are legally binding. Announcements by auctioneer on day of the auction take precedence over printed material. This Notice of Auction does not and is not intended to constitute an offer to contract by Seller/Auctioneer, but is intended to be only a notice of the auction and an invitation to prospective bidders to submit a bid.

All merchandise sold "AS-IS-WHERE IS" with no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied. All descriptions intended to be accurate and true but not guaranteed. Merchandise may be released, removed, or added prior to auction. All items must be paid for before removal from the premises. Buyer is responsible for your own merchandise after purchase. THE AUCTIONEER'S DECISION IS FINAL. Buyer assumes all responsibility for transportation and/or shipping. All merchandise must be removed by Friday November 22 4:00 PM CST.. Any merchandise not removed by the allotted time may be subject to: loss of merchandise, storage, removal, and disposal fees at the expense of the purchaser. All such merchandise may be deemed abandoned and subject to resale. Buyer will be responsible for the difference between the initial bid and secondary bid. The successful buyer shall be notified of acceptance of final bid by prior to November 19, 2024 1:00 pm (CST).
