Auction Fees:
A 10% Buyer's Premium applies to all lots.
Shipping Information:
Important: For all purchases requiring shipment (firearms and non-firearms), buyers must contact us first to update their invoice with the correct shipping and handling fees. Items larger than a USPS Flat Rate box may not be eligible for shipping.
Legal Notice to Bidders:
All winning bids are final. Please complete all inspections before bidding.
IPG Auctions and Idaho Pawn & Gold, as well as the sellers, reserve the right to pursue legal action within 10 days of the auction closing.
By placing a bid, you acknowledge that it cannot be retracted and agree to this legal notice.
If a bidder fails a background check for any reason, no refund will be issued. The firearm will be resold on consignment, and standard consignment fees will apply.
Currency, Collectibles & Precious Metals/Gems:
IPG Auctions and Idaho Pawn & Gold make no claim to the values listed on the packaging of currency, collectibles, and precious metals. The authenticity of precious metals is confirmed through on-site valuation by our Pawn Brokers and Gold Brokers. Please inspect items to verify condition and value before bidding.
Auction Terms & Conditions:
Payment Terms:
All purchases must be paid in full within 72 hours of the auction's close. Accepted payment methods include cash, debit card, cashier's check, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Amex, or wire transfers. No money orders accepted.
Online and credit card payments will incur an additional 5% processing fee.
Out-of-state buyers: Accepted payment methods are wire transfer, certified cashier's check, or online payment. No credit card purchases over the phone exceeding $100.
Lot Descriptions:
No sale will be invalidated by defects or inaccuracies in any lot descriptions, whether in the catalog or elsewhere. While catalogs are prepared based on generally reliable information, neither the Auctioneers nor the sellers guarantee the accuracy of descriptions.
Bidders are responsible for inspecting items and conducting their inquiries.
Item Removal:
Miscellaneous items not removed within 7 days of payment will be considered abandoned and may be sold to cover storage fees.
Bidding & Auctioneer Rights:
The highest bidder shall be the purchaser, and bids cannot be retracted. All bids are made in U.S. dollars, and all sales are final.
Auctioneers reserve the right to reject bids or advances that are not commensurate with an item's value, and may withdraw items from the auction.
Auctioneer has the right to bid on behalf of buyers, sellers, and secured parties.
Disputes:
Any disputes regarding bids will be settled by the Auctioneer at their sole discretion. If necessary, the lot in dispute may be reoffered for sale.
Lot Consolidation:
Auctioneers have the right to consolidate or divide lots at their discretion, and to withdraw lots from sale.
Liability:
Auctioneers assume no responsibility for liability once a bid is accepted. Items are sold "as is," and buyers assume all risk after the auctioneer’s gavel falls. Buyers are encouraged to arrange insurance coverage for their purchases.
Titles:
Titles will be processed in accordance with Idaho DMV rules. Buyers are responsible for ensuring that title requirements in other states are met.
Taxes:
Sales tax or excise tax will be applied to all taxable items unless proof of exemption is provided. If there is a buyer's premium, the tax is applied to the combined total.
Possession of Purchases:
Purchasers will not receive possession of their items until the full purchase price is paid. If payment is not received within the prescribed time, Auctioneers retain the right to resell the items and hold the original purchaser liable for any deficit.
Removal Costs:
Buyers are responsible for the removal of their items, and must provide proof of adequate insurance if removal requires dismantling or rigging. Buyers must hire licensed contractors where required.
Item Removal Deadline:
All lots must be removed within the specified time, at the purchaser's cost and risk. Items not removed within this time may be deemed abandoned, resold, or stored at the purchaser's expense.
Auctioneer Liability:
If Auctioneers are unable to deliver any lot or required documentation, their liability is limited to returning the purchase price.
No Warranties:
All items are sold "as is" with no warranties, expressed or implied. Buyers are encouraged to inspect items thoroughly before bidding.
Auction Site Risk:
Auction sites can be dangerous, with heavy equipment, electric circuits, and hazardous substances. All attendees are present at their own risk, and neither the Auctioneer nor the seller is responsible for injury or damage to property.
Additional Notes:
If paying by credit, your invoice will be updated to reflect a 17% or 15% buyer's premium. Adjustments for tax-exempt or resale purchases will be made at that time.
Titled vehicles require certified payment.
Invoices are due within 72 hours of the auction’s close, after which they will be considered past due.
Late payment penalties start at $2.50, with a maximum of $25. Storage fees of $10 per day/lot apply after the pickup deadline.
Any items left unpaid or uncollected after 7 days will be considered abandoned, and the buyer's account will be frozen. The auction company reserves the right to collect unpaid balances and fees.
Loading items is the responsibility of the buyer. IPG Auctions and Idaho Pawn & Gold are not liable for damage to merchandise or equipment during loading.
