- All Sales Final - no bids shall be retracted - COD Shipping is available on small items through Canada Post (COD Shipping will be stated as on option on individual items were available). All other items must be picked up. - All Bidders are responsible for purchases made on their online bid number. Do not share your username/password with anyone. If a consignor is caught bidding on their own items, they will lose their auction privilege's permanently with NDI Auctions, and their items will be resold in a future auction. The consignor will be charged both the buyer and seller commissions along with a $500.00 administration fee. - NDI Auctions online catalogue is prepared based on information provided to us by the consignor and may contain written inaccuracies, typo's, errors or omissions. NDI Auctions policy is for staff to not offer any opinions of condition or value and NDI Auctions will not be held liable in the event this occurs. - Any clarifications needed regarding the above terms and conditions must be made prior to entering any of NDI Auctions online auctions.
