If you have intentions to pick up and cannot make it, you MUST send us an email stating that you would like your items to be shipped and/or delivered for a fee.

If your items are too big to ship, you will be required to pay a daily rental storage fee for us to hold your items. Daily Storage Charge: $10.00 per day! This applies to shipping as well. If you do not let us know within 3 days that you need shipping, you will be responsible for the daily storage charge if you choose to have your items shipped.
Please do not call us and/or email us through Hibid. Email us so there is a track record of your email requesting Shipping and/or delivery. Phone calls and/or emails through hibid will not be allowed for shipping, delivery and/or questions about your winning bids. You must send us an email. We will email you back quickly. We like to keep records of all communication.
Do not solely depend on receiving an invoice to determine your winnings. Some emails provided to us may not be correct. Therefore, make sure you look on your watch list, and or Past bids. This will show you exactly what you won/Lost.

We do not provide Shipping quotes before your "Winning Items" are paid for. Nor do we provide shipping quotes after they are paid for. We do not know the price of shipping until the item is packaged and ready. We will only package if you confirm that you want shipping through Email.
After the Auction you will receive a settlement email. You WILL NEED TO REPLY to that email within 3 days, that you need shipping and or delivery. If you do not, your items will be considered abandoned and will be disposed of or resold by Discount Depot.
You will then be sent a receipt for shipping that will also entail your tracking information for your products.
We will charge your card on file. Once the payment goes through, we will gather your items and combine as many as we can and get it shipped out to You.
We are quick to get your items to you. We try to have your items shipped out The Next day, and the day after as long as you let us know within the 3 day period. The sooner you let us know you need shipping, the sooner we ship your items.
We will use the cheapest shipping method possible to ship your items. If the shipping cost is higher than expected you will not be refunded for your purchase if you choose to not pay for shipping.
All items that are not picked up by Saturday at 4:00pm and/or you have not let us know within 3 days you need shipping or Delivery, your items will be considered abandoned and are subject to disposal. A Refund will NOT be issued for abandoned items.
If you still want your items to be shipped, you will need to pay the Daily Storage Charge: $10.00 per day for holding items. YOU MUST LET US KNOW THAT YOU NEED SHIPPING WITHIN THREE DAYS.
REMOVAL: If Items are not removed by the deadline and there is a discrepancy, no refunds will be issued. Any Buyer Discrepancies must be reported at the Seller's Physical Location at time of removal - No Exceptions
Winning bidders are solely responsible for their own removal - Discount Depot is not responsible for damages upon employee assistance concerning removal. Bidders must load and pick up their complete purchases and bring their own plastic wrap and other equipment as needed.

You, as the customer, will be responsible for any damage, breakage, or loss to persons or property during removal. By attending the removal, you specifically release and hold harmless the auctioneer, employees, and seller from any liability or claims.
Neither the auctioneer nor their principal will be liable for any defects or conditions of the premises where the goods are held. For safety reasons, including the safety of our employees and your vehicle, we will not be able to assist with loading items into your vehicle.

*PAYMENT TERMS: Payments are processed at the conclusion of each auction to the card used during registration. If you would like to use a different card you must notify us by email before auction day.

*Payments must be received no later than Wednesday by 5:00pm! If Payments are not received your Bidding Score will drop and you will be banned from future Auctions. Any buyer that does not pay and/or does a chargeback will be banned from Future Auctions, and you will be reported on your Hibid profile, in which the report will lower your bidding score. Other Auctioneers will see your score drop as well as the reason for the drop and more than likely they will not approve you for their auctions.

Any Invoices over 1,000 will need to be paid either Cashier's check, Cash, and or Money wire. No Credit Card or Debit cards will be accepted.
There will be a 18% Buyer's Premium Added to all Buyer's Totals for each item purchased.
~All Bidders are required to be ID verified to bid by registering with a valid credit or debit card. You must be at least 18 years old or older to bid in any of our auctions. There are no exceptions to this. If you are under the age of 18 and place a bid in one of our auctions you are violating state law and may be held accountable for this.
Item Packaging may show signs of warehouse damage and or stickers from processing. Some Items may have been taken out of the box for inspection.
Some Items can be considered New, however, there is a possibility that some pieces, such as screws, parts ect could be missing. Some Electronics, Small kitchen Appliances are tested only by being plugged in to see if they turn on. We trust our sources that if indicated new in the title, that they are new. There may be occurrences where they are wrong. New does not guarantee brand new, or brand new in box. We do inspect the cosmetic condition to make sure it meets the "New" as indicated. Store Returns are unknown conditions. If there is nothing in the title, we are uncertain, (it could be new or a store return) however, we know for certain that the product is not salvage.
All Merchandise is sold AS-Is and where is without warranties or guarantees of any kind. Discount Depot does not represent any manufacturer or Retailer. Auction may, at its discretion, provide photographs of the property/merchandise as a courtesy to bidders. Bidders are warned against bidding on any lot(s) based solely on the sample displayed or on the basis of photographs.

If a refund is approved due to our mistake, and/or the product itself is not close to the product listed in the lot, in other words (The listing shows a Blender and you receive a toaster) the customer has one week to return the item to us (2 weeks for Shipping) for a full refund of the product itself, but not the shipping cost. The item must be packaged up and returned to us in the exact way you received the item. If the item has not been returned to us, the customer will abandon the offer of the refund and keep the item. Refunds can take 5-7 Business Days
If you have any issues, concerns, ect with any product that you win, you have exactly one week to contact us by email, {yourdiscountdepotstore@gmail.com} Letting us know. Phone calls are not acceptable. Emails through Hibid are not acceptable. These emails go to spam. You must contact us by email. Anything longer than a week will not be acceptable.
All Items are sold, "As is, where is" with no guarantees-Sales are final! Discount Depot assumes no liability for errors or omissions in the listings, Any information is gathered from sources, believed to be reliable but is not guaranteed to be accurate. Very few Items that are new may contain a small dent, and/or minor scratch from delivery.
