Corinne, UT 84307 *** FOR AUCTION SPECIFIC DETAILS: PLEASE READ THROUGH ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AS THEY ARE DIFFERENT FROM PAST AUCTIONS. ** BIDDER DEPOSITS**** $200 deposit hold to be approved to bid. If you do not make a purchase your deposit hold- $200 minus the credit card fee= $193.10, will be released the day after the auction this may take up to 14 days to show up on your credit card statement. If you are the winning bidder of an item we will apply your bidder deposit of $193.10 to your invoice or refund it back to the card that was used. Due to Squares card fee policy we will refund or apply your $200 deposit MINUS THE CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEE of ($193.10) to your invoice. If your invoice does not exceed the $193.10 then the balance will be refunded back to the card that was used. This may take 14 business days to show on your credit card statement. Method of Payment include- DO NOT ENTER THE MAIN BUILDING TO PAY FOR YOUR ITEMS, we will have our red Northrop Auction Trailer! - Cash- Pay at the auction location, look for the red Northrop Auction trailer - Credit Card / Debit Card- (4% fee), -Cashiers Check- WE DO NOT ACCEPT PERSONAL, OR BUSINESS CHECKS. If you are farm exempt you will need to provide us with a filled out TC-721 Exemption form. We do not provide this. If you do not provide this form you will be taxed. invoices will be emailed to all winning bidders within 1 hour of the completion of the auction. If you would like to pick up your item within the pickup dates, make sure you have a paid invoice or make arrangements to have cash to bring the day of pickup. Bidders will establish a user name and password. A credit card authorization will be required at time of registration. Once this is complete you will be emailed a seperate invoice to pay your $200 bidder deposit. This protects our consigners from fraudulant or negligent bidders, you will receive $193.10 credit towards your purchase or you will be refunded this back to your card if no purchases are made. You will be able to pick-up your items on the south end of the building, follow the auction signs and enter in the south gate to pay and pick-up your items. Saturday November 23rd from 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED ON THESE DATES AND TIMES ONLY NO EXCEPTIONS, IF YOU CANNOT COME ON THESE DATES TO PICK-UP PLEASE DO NOT BID, ANYONE WHO DOES NOT PICKUP THEIR ITEMS ON THESE DATES WILL LOSE THEIR $200 DEPOSIT, This is an offsite auction and we cannot hold your items! It is the customer's responsibility to bring their own tools, pallets, or straps for hauling materials - we do not provide these.
