By registering for this auction, you agree to these terms and conditions.
Payments:
After the auction closes, we will charge your payment method on file for any lots you’ve won. This includes an 18% buyer’s premium and applicable state sales tax. You’ll receive a confirmation email with your paid invoice from hibid@auctionflex.com. If you prefer to pay cash, please notify us in advance to prevent an automatic card charge. Cash buyers will receive an invoice with a balance due. Check your spam folder if you don’t receive an invoice.
All bidders must register with a valid credit or debit card and be at least 18 years old. HiBid allows you to store multiple cards and select one at registration.
Cash Buyers:
To pay with cash, email customerservice@captimeco.com or use the "Contact Auctioneer" option. If cash payment is not made within the designated pickup times, we will charge your card on file. Misuse of the cash option may lead to suspension of this privilege. If your card fails to process, you’ll receive an invoice with online or in-person payment options from customerservice@captimeco.com or hibid@auctionflex.com. Invoices unpaid after three business days will be voided, and this may impact future bidding privileges.
Pickups and Shipping:
Items can only be paid for and picked up after the auction concludes. You’ll receive your settlement by email about one hour post-auction. Pickup times are by appointment only and can be scheduled by emailing customerservice@captimeco.com. Available pickup slots are as follows:
Monday 9AM - 5PM
Tuesday: Closed
Wednesday: 9AM - 5PM
Thursday: 9AM - 5PM
Friday: 9AM - 3PM
Saturday: 9AM - 1PM
Sunday: Closed
Note: Items not picked up within 6 days of auction ending will be considered abandoned and subject to disposal without a refund. After 14 days, uncollected items will be disposed of with no refund. For special arrangements, contact customerservice@captimeco.com. Our pickup location is 10349 Alta Vita Rd, Keller, TX 76244.
No Shipping:
This auction is for local or regional bidders in Texas, Oklahoma, and surrounding areas. Out-of-state registrations may be declined. Capital Time Supply is not responsible for loading items but will assist with moving them to your vehicle. Due to insurance policies, we cannot help secure items outside your vehicle.
Item Conditions:
We make every effort to inspect and verify item conditions. Please note that all items are sold “as-is.”
Returns and Refunds:
Capital Time Supply stands by its products and recognizes that listing errors may occasionally occur. If we misrepresent an item, we will offer a replacement when available or a refund if necessary. All items come with a 3-day guarantee against misrepresentation or manufacturer defects. No returns or refunds are provided for other reasons, so please ensure items meet your specifications before bidding.
