Terms & Conditions Bidding and Auction Rules BIDDING AMOUNTS ARE IN US DOLLARS 1. All Bidders must sign up and be approved to be eligible to bid 2. All Bids are deemed final and constitute intent to purchase the item if the bidder wins the item(s). Please be cautious when you place a bid on an item and it is the item you intend to purchase if you win it. IT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE TO BID ON AN ITEM WHEN YOU HAVE NO INTENTION TO PAY FOR IT. 3. The Auctioneer reserves the right to cancel bids and remove items at their discretion 4. All items are AS IS, WHERE IS, there is NO WARRANTIES , NO GUARANTEES on any items listed in the auction except where noted 5. ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES will be accepted 6. All auction items will have a buyers premium (20%) and applicable taxes added to the item final auction end price. 7. For all shipments out of CANADA, the buyer will be responsible for all custom duties, brokerage fees, taxes and any other applicable fees charge by the destination country or territory of the shipment. 8. Shipping costs is NOT INCLUDED and will be added in if required. 9. All Sports and Trading Card boxes are sealed unopened brand new unless noted. 10. Invoices will be issued within 24 hours of Auction ending. Payments ALL PAYMENTS WILL BE CHARGED IN US FUNDS 1. Payments must be made within 48 hours of the end of the auction unless prior arrangements have been made. Any items NOT PAID IN FULL will be deemed abandoned and the Auctioneer reserves the right to relist item(s). 2. We accept the following forms of payment: Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), E-transfer, and Wire Transfers Cash and Debit for LOCAL PICK-UPS ONLY 3. Bidders who have repeated NON PAYMENT will be BANNED from bidding in future auctions. Local Pick-ups and Shipping WINNING BIDDER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SHIPPING COSTS SHIPMENT IS SENT FROM CANADA PLEASE NOTE: DUE HIGH SHIPPING VOLUMES DURING THE HOLIDAY SEASON, YOUR ITEMS MAY NOT ARRIVE TO YOU BEFORE CHRISTMAS. WE SHIP BY THE LOWEST PRICED METHODS THEREFORE IT COULD TAKE LONGER THAN USUAL TO ARRIVE TO YOU. IF YOU REQUIRED TO HAVE YOUR ITEMS BEFORE CHRISTMAS, PLEASE CONTACT US AFTER THE END OF THE AUCTION TO REQUEST EXPRESS SHIPPING SO YOUR SHIPMENT COULD ARRIVE SOONER. HOWEVER WE CANNOT GUARANTEED THAT IT WILL ARRIVE ON TIME DUE TO THE UNPREDICTABLE NATURE OF SHIPMENTS DURING THE HOLIDAY SEASON ALL NON-CANADIAN BUYERS WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ADDITIONAL TAXES, CUSTOM DUTIES, BROKERAGE FEES AND ANY APPLICABLE FEES CHARGED BY THE SHIPMENT'S DESTINATION COUNTRY OR TERRITORY 1. Local Pick-ups are by appointment only, please contact us after auctions end to make arrangements. 2. We offer shipping via Canada Post for Canada and International and USPS for United States. Courier shipping is available if requested. 3. Depending on the amount of items won, value of items and weight, most items items will be shipped by regular postal mail. For small items such as comics and cards, they will be shipped in a bubble envelope. Tracking and basic insurance is available on most items unless it is comics and cards of lower value. 4.
