This is a reserve auction, meaning the seller reserves the right to reject any offers or bids that do not meet their designated reserve price. In addition to the final hammer price, a 10% Buyer’s Premium is due immediately upon acceptance, which is non-refundable. For real estate auctions, there is also a 1% Earnest Money Deposit, also non-refundable, required at the time of acceptance. Additionally, for real estate auctions, a purchase agreement must be signed by both the seller and purchaser to finalize the sale. All items and properties are sold as-is, with no warranties or guarantees. Shipping is not available for any items. For online auctions, if a customer’s bid is successful, payment and item pickup must be completed within five (5) days following the auction’s close. For real estate auctions, closing must occur within thirty (30) days after the auction end date, at a closing office chosen by the seller. The seller reserves the right to refuse any offer for any reason at any time. By registering to bid, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
