Sale of new, used and returned items. We aim to be Cambridge's lowest priced auction while having great quality items! Please register to bid before 5pm on the date of auction.
All items sold are of Returned Merchandise/Undeliverable Freight and are not inspected. Any items known to be used will be listed as such and bidder agrees to all notes in the item description. FEES: All items will incur a 15% Buyers Premium, as well as HST. PAYMENT: If you win the bid, payment is via credit card and is processed in the morning following the auction and we will charge your credit card for the total amount stated in the invoice. We do not accept debit but will accept e-transfer if bidder requires. If using e-transfer, please indicate so on the "notes to auctioneer" before registering to bid. E-transfers can be sent to ontarioespauctions@gmail.com. We have auto-deposit. Once we receive the e-transfer, we will send you a paid receipt. Buyers must pay for their purchases and make payments within a day after the auction. Failure to do so will result in being blocked from future bidding. There may be a 1$ charge on your credit card when registering, this charge will be refunded and is used to verify the card. PICK-UP: You can pick up your items at 55 Raglin Place, Unit #3 Cambridge, Ontario. This will be a curbside pick-up service available on on the Tuesday and Wednesday following the auction from 11:30 am to 6 pm. If you fail to pick up the items in the two days following the auction, the items will be considered abandoned, and no refund will be issued. Before leaving the premises, please inspect all items and ensure you have taken everything. You can only collect your items with a paid invoice, so kindly ensure that you have paid before attempting to collect the items. All items must be removed within the specified time, and the purchaser shall bear the expense, liability, and risk of removal. If you are unable to collect your items, kindly refrain from bidding. All items are sold as is, where is, with all faults. If you fail to pick up your items during the posted pick-up times, your items will be considered abandoned. In such a case, your credit card will be charged for the purchase price of the item and the cost of removing, transporting, and disposing of the item. CONDITIONS OF ITEMS SOLD & OUR ONLINE CATALOGUE: Our best efforts are made to represent all items accurately in descriptions and photographs; however, all items are ultimately sold on an 'as is, where is' basis, with all faults. . Prices referenced are MSRP (Manufacturers Suggested Retail prices) and can be discounted significantly on the open market so do your own due diligence in researching values. All items are sold AS IS, however we may agree to a return due to error in the listing or in other cases at our discretion. To be considered for a return, customers must email ontarioespauctions@gmail.com within 48 HRS of auction close time. If approved, the item MUST be returned to the stated location by appointment only. Please be aware that items sold as "Final Sale" cannot be returned for a refund, as they are damaged or broken. This policy is firm, and no exceptions can be made. For online credit card payments, refunds for purchases will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval. The refund amount will be credited back to the original credit card used for the purchase. Refunds for purchases made through e-transfers cannot be returned to the e-transfer account. Instead, e-transfer refunds will be issued as a credit on your auction account. The credited amount can be used for future purchases or transferred to an eligible credit card. GENERAL TERMS: For security purposes, we may request that you provide a photo ID and credit card when collecting your items. This is simply a precautionary measure to prevent fraudulent activity, stolen credit cards, or chargebacks. To participate in our auctions, bidders must register with their own credit card and are not permitted to use a credit card that is not in their name. If we find that a registered credit card belongs to someone else, we will deactivate the account to prevent fraud and chargebacks. Please note that once a bid is placed on an item, it cannot be canceled. Only place a bid if you fully intend to follow through with it. We are unable to cancel bids for any reason. You accept responsibility for your account when you agree to our terms and conditions. If anyone else, such as family members, uses your account without your permission, you (the account holder) are still responsible for paying for any items they bid on. To keep your account secure, never share your password and always log out when you are finished using your computer. Remember, you are solely responsible for your account. Unfortunately, we are unable to assist with loading your vehicle. If you require assistance, please bring additional people with you. Please ensure that you have collected all of your belongings before departing. CLAIMS: Please note that no claims regarding purchased goods will be accepted. Bidders should be aware that all items are sold "as is, where is" with any possible flaws. PERSONAL & PROPERTY RISKS: Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any harm or damage caused to people or their belongings. ADDITIONS & DELETIONS: Please note that we may make changes to the items available for sale during the auction. This includes the removal or addition of lots and/or items. BUYERS: By participating in the auction, the BUYER agrees to protect Eastern Shore Powersports operating as Ontario ESP Auctions, the Seller, and their assigns from any claims, losses, expenses, damages, or liabilities that result from the auction, including any negligent acts or omissions by Eastern Shore Powersports. It is required that all bidders/buyers be of legal age. SOFT CLOSE: Items in this auction have regularly scheduled closing times. To prevent last-minute "sniping" by bidders, any bids placed within the final minute of the auction will extend the item's closing time by an additional 2 minutes. This process will continue until all bidding has come to a close. PARKING LOT When using the parking lot at 55 Raglin Place for pick-up or drop-off, please be aware that you assume all risks associated with its use. Ontario ESP Auctions / Eastern Shore Powersports cannot be held liable for any property damage or injuries that may occur, such as carts accidentally colliding with vehicles during pick-up.
