Long time Quincy, Illinois roofing company, Goerlich roofing is scaling back and selling the majority of their operation on a online ONLY auction. This auction will be held at 4400 Harrison Street in Quincy, IL. This auction will be an ONLINE ONLY auction, held on our 3rd party bidding platform of HiBid.com. Auction will be held on Dec. 9th, 2024 at 6:00pm, with the pick up being the following day of Dec. 10th, 2024. Pick up will be 1:00pm to 4:30pm.

Terms and Conditions
Pick up will be Tuesday Dec 10th 1:00pm-4:30pm . There are NO alternate pick up dates. Pick up will be at 4400 Harrison St. Quincy IL. Please pickup your items during the pickup times. There are NO other pick up times. A loader will be onsite during the pickup times only.
NOTE- If you do not pickup your items during the listed pickup times you will forfeit them, unless you have spoken to the auction co. We can sit items outside only if you are going to pick them up that evening. ALL BUYERS are required to bring help and packing to load their items. KKA does not provide anything for your items being picked. If you need help, bring help. All KKA personnel will be locating items for other buyers.

If your items are not picked up during the listed pickup times, your card on file will be charged. NO exceptions. If your card is not able to be charged at this time, you will be blocked from bidding on all other auctions. If you do not pickup your items during the pickup time, YOU WILL FORFEIT YOUR ITEMS. All items are as is, where is with no faults. All descriptions believed to be accurate, but not warrented. NO guarantees on ANY items. By placing a bid the bidder signifies that they agree to pay the bid price + BP. We reserve the right to reject any bids. There will be a 7% buyers premium on all items. We accept cash, check, credit or debit card as forms of payment at pickup.
