If you are the highest bidder and are indicated by the auctioneer the lot has sold to you, you are the legal new owner of that item. All sales are final at end of lot closing and becomes the responsibility of the new owner. All items are sold "As-Is", it is the bidders/buyers responsibility to do their own due diligence to determine make, model, description, condition, age, vintage, value or any other factors.
