* Titles along with sales tax forms to be mailed within 14 business days after auction unless otherwise specified by auctioneer day of sale. If a any party has consigned a unit that has a lien or title in transit, it will be disclosed and title will be mailed to buyer on or before 14 business days after the auction company receives the title from the bank. If a brand new item is sold, it is the responsibility of buyer to obtain title through the dealership and follow all necessary protocols to do so. Auction company will provide an invoice which will act as bill of sale. No item will be sold that does NOT have a title.
* Payments may be made by Cash, Check or Credit Card. All payments are due immediatley sale day.
* Credit Card payments will incure a 4% fee
* Buyer MUST pick up RV before March 29th at the MEC in Shipshewana, IN., unless other arrangements have previously been arranged. If RV is not picked up before March 29th, then buyer forfeits purchase and is liable for full sale price, buyer's premium, and sales tax of item(s) sold.
*Any statements made day of sale take precedence over all printed or advertised material.
*Grogg-Martin Auctioneers & Realty and The MEC are NOT responsible for any damages or theft to units after the fall of the gaval and it is the responsibility of the buyer to secure the unit until it is removed.
