Online Auction Ending Times: American Coin Auctions, LLC dba Blue Rose Auctions auctions are timed events, and all bidding will close at the specified time. All auctions will be live and open for bidding 7 days before the scheduled close. (Please take advantage of the max bid feature!) Staggered Close: This online auction closes in 10 second intervals. This gives time for bidders to keep up with all auction lots and keeps the auction to a reasonable length. Soft Close: Any last-minute bids will extend the time on that lot by 2 minutes. Each individual lot is subject to a "soft close" and could remain active later than the scheduled ending time. Pickup Information: Items are not available for pickup. Shipping Information: All items will be shipped via The United States Postal Service, either First Class, Priority, Express, or Registered. All auction purchases will be shipped to the shipping address provided in registration. To prevent fraud, American Coin Auctions, LLC dba Blue Rose Auctions cannot and will not change the shipping address. If the address provided is wrong, bidders must re-register with the correct information PRIOR to bidding. All shipping charges will be charged to the buyer, with the exception of insurance. All packages sent by American Coin Auctions, LLC dba Blue Rose Auctions are fully insured. Insurance will not cover packaged marked "delivered" by USPS, it is the bidders responsibility to secure their delivery location. We combine shipping within a single auction day only. Sales Tax: A 6% sales tax will be added to the invoice total for all Kentucky shipping and/or billing addresses. Exempt parties must provide a Sales and Use tax number and fill out the forms required by the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
