Several items are being offered with Owner's confirmation; those items will be announced from the block prior to the statrt of bidding. The Auctioneer assumes no liability for any guarantee made by the Seller. 2. All purchases are to be paid for in full in cash or check on day of auction and prior to removal from the premises. Pennsylvania Sales Tax (6%) will be collected on all purchases. If you are tax exempt, you must show your Tax Exemption Certificate to the Cashier when registering for the auction. 3. Purchaser assumes responsibility for items when "sold" or upon delivery to the purchaser. 4. If a dispute arises between two or more bidders, the auctioneer reserves the right to re-open the bidding between those bidders, and those bidders only. 5. The Auctioneer is not liable for any injury, damage or loss incurred in connection with the auction. 6. Announcements made on the day of the auction take precedence over any previously printed material. 7. When guns are offered at auction all FFL regulations will be enforced!
