This nice smoke free ranch home has lots on the main level, basement with walkout, backyard area, and in the garage. Lots in the 300s, 400s & 500s are located mostly in the basement. Lots in the 600s are on the main level. We will have some staff on site but we get very busy during pick up. Remember to bring help, boxes & packaging supplies. Home is packed and limited number of people can be inside at once. **Pick up is Saturday 12/14 from 10AM-4PM** If you can't make Saturday then contact us prior to bidding to see about an alternative pick up date.
