All of the dishes are in excellent condition, especially the depression glass. There are a lot of collectibles and some of the nicest antique furniture...some like I have never seen before. Lot of old dishes and figurines, 2 fur coats, antique dolls and much much more. There is a shotgun on this one so you must be 21 to pick this up and have a valid driver's license.
