You are responsible for loading items into your vehicle. Hoosier Auction Solutions is not responsible for the loading items for safe travel. The following fees WILL be charged to the credit card on file when necessary: *The purchaser will be charged a $25.00 non-removal fee for any lot or partial lot left behind, as well as all disposal costs. *The buyer will be charged $50/hour if you require our staff to stay past the designated ending time. *Repeated tardiness and or failure to remove items will result in revocation of bidding privileges on ALL of our bidding platforms. Some of the Outsunny or Homcom are marked missing hardware. We have inventoried and show that is what is missing. We have had a good amount of Box 1 of **. We have opened the boxes and inventoried. We have put together some of these, but as stated per lot, there needs to be screws or bolts added. Outdoor Items from Outsunny, Indoor Items from Homcom, Pet Items from Pawhut and More. Most Items in Original Packaging and do not Appear to have been Disturbed. Many items appear in new condition and have not been removed from box. If we felt the box was damaged or disturbed, we opened it and described what we saw to the best of Our ability.
