This auction being brought to you by Charles and Jon for JD's Realty and Auction is out in the beautiful countryside of Greeneville, TN. This is a split level home, so some stairs are involved. The house was occupied by a smoker and had a dog. Anything that is cloth will need a good cleaning. There are some nice tools, ham radio equipment, TVs, and more. This will only be a one day pickup, so please plan accordingly. If you cannot make pickup, then please do not bid. NOTICE: Due to an abuse of us transporting items to our shipper, if you pick up your items at the shipper instead of having them shipped, you will be assessed a surcharge.
