Auction starts closing at 7 pm with staggered closing for each lot and a soft close in effect. All winning bidders will have their credit cards charged for their invoice amount after the auction closes. No cash payments upon pick up.
Pick up days are Wednesday, December 11 from 1:30-6:30 (snow date December 12) and Saturday, December 14 from 11:00-2:00. Winning bidders are responsible for removing items from the property. Bring packing materials for fragile and loose items. Bring helpers to remove larger items and furniture. Some items may be located up or down a flight of stairs or outside of the main building.
