Our auctions typically consist of returns, overstock and misguided freight from well known retailers!
We buy bulk truckloads in order to be able to offer you great savings.
Most items are new and in great condition, but not always necessarily perfect, this is how we are able to offer you such great savings. Descriptions and in house photos are included to give you as much detail about each item as possible. The in-house photo ALWAYS presides over the retail photo. The in-house photo is exactly what you are purchasing.
Our refunds policy only applies to items that are grossly misrepresented (Note: this does not apply to retail photo errors), and/or items not functional and not noted as such. All refund requests MUST be sent via email. Claims must be received no later than 4 days after you pick up your items.
Be aware that there may be differences between the retail photo and the exact item. View all details, descriptions and in-house photos. In-house photos are the exact item you are bidding on.

Retail prices are sometimes included, these figures come from manifests and may be outdated, may not consider sales etc. These estimates are for idea reference only and hold no bearing on the actual sale/purchase of the item or the price it may be purchased elsewhere for.

-All payments must be fully paid/arranged within 6 days of auction close!
-If you purchase an item(s), you MUST pay for that item(s) even if you don't come to pick it up. Your invoice is a bill of sale and must be treated accordingly. Note: We do not auto-charge the credit card you used for registration. See payment details for more information about how to make payment.
-If you are unsure if you have won an item(s) you can check on Hibid, or you can call us. We send invoices via email, please let us know if you have won and not received your invoice within 24 hours of auction close. Make sure your invoice hasn't gone to junk mail or spam. If you have any doubt about whether or not you have won anything, call us.
Inspect your items within 4 days of purchase, especially if you are planning to give something as a gift, we want to ensure everything is as it should be.
SOME BIDDING TIPS:
-Read the descriptions and view all of the photos for any lot you are interested in. We are committed to being as transparent as possible with all of our items.
-If you see something you like, you can 'watch it' even if you haven't registered.
-If it says "MAY HAVE WON", It means you HAVE won
