Any Bidder from outside Canada are required to provide copies of the credit card & Drivers License they registered with. We do this to weed out the fraudulent & Stolen credit cards Your name & address must match the registration info.
American buyers can use our in house shipping service to purchase items and have them shipped right to your door! Here are a few things you should know before you register and bid.
1. Make sure your registration details are accurate. Double check your address, email and phone number in the account settings of your profile. If your information is wrong your shipping invoice will result in lost packages, incorrect quotes and missed communication. Update your details under LOGIN/REGISTER, drop down menu select ACCOUNT INFO. If you've updated your details after a sale has ended, immediately email our team at auction@next2new4u.com
2. All sale totals are in CANADIAN dollars! Our payment provider will automatically adjusts the total value between CAD / USD currencies. Do not be alarmed if your transaction total is lower from the quoted total. USA customers typically see approx. 30% savings between currencies during billing.
3. Shipping will be processed right after the auction closes. Depending on the volume of orders it can take up to10-14days for parcels to leave our facility, however we usually get all parcels completed and out the door within 7 days . Be patient. as we do our own in house shipping & packing.
This keeps Shipping cost down. If your item is large or oversized you might receive a rejection to ship notice. Be aware, not all items can be shipped.
4. If your credit card is declined 2 times, we will cancel the invoice , send your invoice to creditors to recoup our losses and ban you on the hibid auction site.
5. .The credit card you register with on hibid will processed automatically. and be billed Including the shipping cost If you do not see the email within 4 hrs. of end of auction , check your spam folder if you do not receive it.
Cross border taxes are your responsibility not ours.
6. Know what you are buying! If you want to ship something that may not be allowed across border lines (ex. taxidermy) you are responsible to do your own research before you bid.
We take zero responsibility for parcels confiscated or lost in transit. We only insure goods if the Bidder requires us to do so. Typically our office will process approx. 250+ parcels per sale and about 65% of our buyers are international. It takes time to get goods so be patient

Other shipping details to note:
*Parcels estimates are by weight, dimension and distance traveling.
If your item is oversize, heavy or is bulk packed, it will most likely be more.
*We charge a handling fee of 15.00 or 15 % which ever is greater (per box not item) which covers our time and wrapping materials regardless of what your item value is. If your items takes more time, more materials, sends in multiple boxes or is very challenging to pack expect this fee to double. If your items are small and easy to pack or can send by envelope, you will see a discounted handling fee.
