Please do not park in front of the building at our location, those are the neighbors parking spots, not ours. Our parking spaces are on the road side of the parking lot . Look for the signs. The neighbor is not a nice person, they will come out to yell at you and threaten you....they will NOT ask you nicely to move your car. They are bullies and have had our staff in tears with their combative attitude. They expect us to be responsible for every one who comes in the parking lot and take responsibility for everyone else's actions. We ship in house and we charge a packing fee of 5.00 to 20.00 per BOX and it is decided by us, on a case by case basis. We do not ship large items or furniture, large lots, anything heavy, framed art, etc...your items have to fit in one box that is 12" x 12" x 12". When calculating, make sure to add packing material space in that calculation. We do not accept credit cards through Hibid, we use etransfer or Paypal. Invoices are due upon receipt. We need to keep the mail moving out. US customers....CANADA DOES NOT HAVE MEDIA MAIL PRICING ON BOOKS and magazines THERE IS NO INSURANCE ON FRAGILE ITEMS FROM CANADA After the auction we will send you a company invoice and a Paypal invoice. If you have several pieces we may have to pack them and send a second invoice for the shipping the next day, but we try to get it on the first invoice for you.
