Auctioneers Note: The consignor's work has been prominently displayed with the Saskatchewan Craft Council's Touring Exhibit Dimensions, as well as various galleries, including Humanum, Prairie Sculptors, Not Just Another Horse Show (Lethbridge), and the Saskatoon Library alongside Bill Epp. Notably, their bronze sculptures were featured in Vancouver galleries and highlighted by BambooShoots.ca SaskTel Max Local on Demand. Their journey in bronze sculpture began in 1987 under the mentorship of Bill Epp, where they learned the lost wax process. After Bill's passing, they collaborated with Jim Jenson and later Don Begg at Studio West in Cochrane, a premier Canadian fine art foundry, where their current works are cast. The consignor continues to refine their craft, focusing on submissions to prestigious events like the Calgary Stampede's juried bronze competition, where winning pieces are awarded to event champions and added to the Stampede's permanent collection. In addition to their artistic achievements, the consignor has deep roots in western culture, with experience in ranching, rodeoing, and working cattle across Saskatchewan. All items can be picked up in Saskatoon or shipment arranged. Please contact us for any assistance: Terry McDougall at 1-306-262-6327 and terry@tmappraisalsandauction.com
