All items must be paid in full at auction conclusion by VISA or MasterCard. 15% buyer's premium plus 13% HST (Ontario) tax will be applied to all purchases. You will be issued a receipt.
In the event of a technical failure; power outage, website unavailability or any other technical problem that affects the ability to place bids or properly close the bidding, the auction will be paused and will not resume until the problems have been corrected.
Auction Terms & Conditions: ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND BINDING.. All items are sold on an as is, where is condition with all faults. There are no warranties or guarantees for any item sold. Additional terms and conditions may be applied on certain items where necessary.
All of the items are to be considered, unless otherwise noted in the description, in good condition. The definition of "good" when used in reference to condition, describes an object as having had no major damage or repair but as with the nature of the material, may show minor surface wear, discolorations etc., which indicates the acceptable wear that the piece may acquire with age. If you are particular about minor flaws, you should ask before bidding.
Regardless of opinions expressed by owners and staff of Crazy Dave's Auctions it is your responsibility as a bidder to determine condition, authenticity, and value of the merchandise before bidding on an item.
By placing a bid, bidder certifies that they have examined the items IN THE PHOTOS PROVIDED to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to examine the photos and purchase item anyway, no matter its condition.
Please read the descriptions and look at all photos. I try extremely hard to make sure the items are accurately depicted in the photos. If damage is photographed and not notated in the description, or vice versa, it is still classified as DISCLOSED and there will be no refund issued for lack of disclosure.

All items must be picked up during the posted times advertised. If you purchase furniture, please bring people who can load your items into your vehicle.
The viewing and pickup property, proprietors or staff are not liable for any damage or injury whatsoever caused to the public or their vehicle by any accident, incident, or mishap.

drop off location).
Shipping is also available to you, ON SELECTED ITEMS, via ICS courier . Bidder pays ICS courier shipping fees plus $15 packaging / handling fee.
