After a long career in the concrete, basement, & construction business, Larry has finally deceided to retitre and offer everything from the business up for auction. This auction will be for all your concrete and construcion wants and needs, along with equipment and vehicles. At this time you can ask questions about the items, start up the equipment and vehicles and inspect all the items. This auction starts on Monday July 1st @ 8:00 am cst and ends on Thursday July 11th starting at 6:00 pm cst. Pickup is scheduled for Saturday July 13th from 9-3 at 104 N. Green Street, Melvin, Illinois 60952. A 10% buyers premium will be added to all items on this auction. Buyers can pay with cash or check at pickup. A credit card can be used at pickup as well, there will be a 5% processing fee for using a credit card at pickup. Or we can charge your credit card on file through Hibid at pickup. This a pickup only auction, no items will be shipped. The buyer will be responsible at pickup for providing all man power and tools to remove the items. The auction company does not help. The Winning Bidder covenants and agrees to purchase the subject personal property at the price of the winning bid, and upon the terms and conditions hereinafter provided. Within 24 hours of the close of the auction event, the Winning Bidder for the property shall receive an e-mail from Strebeck Auctions, which will detail a date, a time, and a location for the retrieval of the subject personal property, subject to further specific arrangements of the parties, including options for shipping and electronic payments. Winning Bidders who fail to appear on the retrieval date(s) may be charged a minimum $5 convenience fee for late retrievals. Pickup is scheduled for Saturday July 13th from 9-3 at 104 N.
