BUYER'S PREMIUM: The buyer's premium is 3% on the real property. High Street, Jefferson City, Missouri 65101 by 6:00 p.m. CST on September 17, 2024 to execute a real estate contract and shall deposit a $10,000.00 non-refundable earnest money deposit at that time made payable to South Central Land Title.
