The personal property will be sold to the highest bidder through online auction format and close out on Friday 10/4/2024 starting at 6:00 pm. READ PLEASE: The property will be sold online and live so let me explain. The winning bidder for the PROPERTY at closing will be a pending bid taken to live auction the following morning at 9:00 AM. Example: Lets say the double wide and 72 acres of land closes online at $140k, Then Saturday morning @ 9:00 the starting bid for that property will be 141,000. If the bid in person is NOT higher than the online bid, then the person online WINS the bid. If in person the bid exceeds the online price, then the online closing bid will be voided.
