Appointments are necessary for preview. See preview date and times. Local pickup is in Roanoke, VA at a storage facility called A Friendly Storage - 909 4th Street, Roanoke, VA 24013. The unit number will be included in your paid invoice. How shipping works: SHIPPING POLICY!!!!! READ ALL - by bidding you agree to: SHIPPING NOTICE: In-house Shipping is available for smaller items only that are marked. We will pack, ship and deliver to the post office your PAID items only. *Larger items marked no shipping available can be available to ship but, shipping is outsourced to the Packaging Store located in our town. (540)772-0999. They will pickup, pack and ship your bigger and heavier items. You are responsible for contacting them immediately after the auction. You will pay them directly for shipping expenses. We will only charge you for auction expenses. In-house SHIPPING!!! : READ Buyer is responsible for all shipping, handling and transport costs - You will be charged for the post office fees and handling, plus $1.00 per lot for transportation and drop off to post office. Shipping, handling & transport fees are to be paid within 24 hours of auction close ONLY and billed separately from the auction purchases. You can call us directly or we will receive a phone call and/ or invoice regarding your pending shipment(s), please be ready. +There will only be one trip to the post office. Which will be on the Thursday following the sale. If you do not pay your shipping fees by the next business day by 7PM following the sale, your item(s) will not be shipped, but you will still be responsible for the purchase that you agreed to. It is your responsibility to help facilitate the shipping by prompt payment. We only use Priority Mail Shipping boxes which include insurance. If your shipment only requires one small box or envelope your shipping and handling will be estimated around $12.00 + $1.00 per lot. Rates and circumstances will vary. Only an estimate.
