TERMS: cash/checks with positive ID & credit cards accepted and a 3.5% processing fee will be assigned to all credit card transactions. Only credit cards used at registration in Hibid will be able to be processed at this auction.
15% Buyer's Premium on all items sold.
Buyer responsible for pick up and removal of their own merchandise unless other arrangements are made with auctioneer. Bring boxes, packing materials and help to load, if needed.
Everything sold as is with no warranty or guarantee written or expressed.
If items are not paid for by end of the designated merchandise pickup time, 7:00 pm on September 16 , the credit card used for bidder registration will be charged. Items not picked up within 24 hours of the close of assigned pickup time, without prior consent of auctioneer, will be disposed of as determined by auctioneer.
Number of lots, quantities, descriptions and images are all subject to change, without notice, up to the date and time bidding officially begins.
