All Sales Final. ALL ITEMS MUST BE PICKED UP SATURDAY September 21st from 12-4PM
VEHICLES & TITLES WILL NOT TRANSFER UNLESS PAID CASH OR FUNDS HAVE TRANSFERRED.

If you are the successful Bidder it is your responsibility to arrange pick up.
All items must be picked up 9-21-2024 between 12:00 noon and 4:00pm CST.
Bring any boxes and/or packing material you may need.
BRING INVOICE FOR LOAD-OUT
Any items not picked up by 4:00pm CST on September 21st 2024 will be considered forfeited or may be subject to a storage fee of up to $5 per day per lot item,
Items are being sold as-is where-is in present exsisting condition, no warranties or gaurantees.
Buyer is responsible for their inspections prior to bidding.
There is a 15% Buyers premium added to all purchased items
Upon close of sale all buyers will be invoiced and all credit cards on file at time of registering will be charged for purchases unless we are notified that you will pay cash or check at pickup after receiving your invoice.
