This is an Online Only, Public Liquidation Auction of Manufacturing Equipment & Machinery, CNC & Machining Centers, Industrial Lab Equipment, Robots, Powder Coating Equipment, Test Equipment, Tumblers, Industrial Sewing Machines, Textiles & More in Midvale, Utah. To be Sold in Auction Lots to the Highest Bidders with No Minimums, No Reserves & 10% Buyer's Premium.
Some items may be sold subject to seller approval - see individual lot descriptions. We have done our best to describe, identify quantities, sizes, components, damage and other helpful information where possible HOWEVER, we make no warranties as to the accuracy of descriptions and disclaim all liability for any errors. Each lot is to be sold "As-is, Where-is" with No Minimums & with a 10% Buyer's Premium. This is a "Soft Close" Auction with bidding for Lot #1 ending first, then each subsequent lot ending approxiametly one minute thereafter (see countdown timer for each lot).
**INVOICES ARE TO BE PAID BY THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 19TH** **ALL ITEMS ARE TO BE REMOVED BY APPOINTMENT ON THURSDAY 9/19 AND FRIDAY 9/20. Any requests to remove items after these dates will need to be arranged and approved by Statewide and Seller. (Forklift Assistance will be available for loading heavy items under 2,000 lbs)**
WE DO NOT SHIP - BUYERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR OWN DISMANTLING, PICK-UP, RIGGING, PACKING, TOWING, SHIPPING OR FREIGHT. CONTACT INFO FOR LOCAL PACK, SHIP & FREIGHT COMPANIES MAY BE AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST. Rigging/Removal of purchased equipment is the sole responsibility of the buyer. Rigging/Removal may not begin until full payment has been received by Statewide Auction Company. Recommendation or approval of Riggers shall be done only as an accommodation to the Buyer. Buyer’s selection of a Rigger is solely within the discretion of the buyer, and Buyer acknowledges and agrees that it shall have no rights or remedies against any employee, agent, client, or any affiliate of Statewide Auction Company based upon any act or omission by a Rigger.
HELPFUL BIDDING TIP: When placing a bid, you may notice that you can either bid the next suggested increment or you can enter a "new max bid". The new max bid field gives you an opportunity to put in a bid for the most amount you'd be willing to go up to - but it will only bid you up automatically by the specified bid increment above the highest current bid or any competing max bid. (This essentially allows you to "set it and forget it" if you cannot or choose not to keep watching the bidding until the completion of the auction).
