Auction lots will begin to close on {Friday 09/20/2024 @ 7PM CT} with another lot soft closing every 20 seconds. Bidding will be extended by 1 minute if anyone bids on that lot within the last 1 minute of its closing.
We spend many hours on photos and describing all the lots presented for auction. Be aware that many of our items are vintage/retro and can often show signs of wear or fading due to age, but anything visible such as stains or holes will be noted and/or pictured to the best of our ability. Actual colors may vary due to lighting and photography as well as the various differences between monitor and mobile displays. Remember to read through the title, description, and all photos before bidding on a lot. We are not responsible for listing categories/subcategories, nor perceived item's condition, authenticity, and true value. Please do your own research and use personal knowledge before bidding as you are the final judge of each item's condition, authenticity, and true value.
Payment Information:
Within hours of auction closing, the card on file will be charged the total of all lots won plus a 15% buyer's premium and a paid settlement link will be emailed to the winning bidders before shipping is processed.
Please check your SPAM/JUNK email folder and contact us at SchneiderFamilyAuction@gmail.com if you do not receive a settlement email.
We ONLY run the card on file for all necessary payments.

Winning Bidder waives their right to any credit card charge-backs for any reason and understands there are no exchanges, refunds, or returns.
Items without payment will be considered abandoned property unless we have come to a special payment or pickup agreement before close of auction with a nominal pickup fee. Abandoned property will be disposed of or put back into inventory for future auctions. We also reserve the right to ban non-paying bidders from current and future auctions without notice.
Shipping will ONLY be charged to the card on file and an updated settlement link will be emailed separately within 10 business days.

*We do NOT ship outside the Continental United States.
*We ONLY ship to the shipping address on file with HiBid. Schneider Family Auction will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.
*All shipping is processed within 10 business days. For large parcels, processing time may extend upto 4 days. Shipping is not processed during holidays or weekends. We combine multiple lots/items into the same box as possible while ensuring all items are packed and arrive safely.
*Shipping may take longer to arrive due to variables outside of our control, if you haven’t received your item(s) within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email contact shipping carrier.
*All items shipped will be insured and Schneider Family Auction is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you haven't received your items or they are damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods as any claims necessary will be between the winning bidder and shipping carrier.

Online Bidding:
All bidders must complete online registration with a verified credit/debit card and must be at least 18 years of age in order to bid in this auction.
All bidders are entering into a legal binding contract with Schneider Family Auction once they bid and are legally obligated to pay for all lots/items won, and adhere to all auction terms and conditions.
Note that after an auction lot closes you may not retract a winning bid. Once the hammer drops you are responsible for payment of all lots you are the winning bidder on. Please verify your HiBid payment information before you bid!
Schneider Family Auction reserves the right to add, extend, or remove any item/lot in this auction at any time prior to its closing for any reason. If necessary, we also reserve the right to ban bidders from current and future auctions for any reason without notice.
Due to this being an online only auction, please keep in mind that internet connection, server performance, or other technology may suffer difficulties and impact your ability to bid. Schneider Family Auction is not responsible for any unforeseen technical issues that could occur with the online auction process. Although we do not expect any delays or difficulties we cannot control all aspects of your online experience during this online auction.
We recommend you submit your max bids ASAP if you are not positive you will be able to follow along online as the auction lots actually close. When putting in your max bid for a lot it will stay at the lowest bid increment needed to win and only goes up by the next bidding increment when others bid more than your current winning bid.
