ONLINE BIDDERS
ONLINE PAYMENT INFORMATION: Cards will be charged at the conclusion of sale, if your total purchase exceeds $1,000, then you will have to wire the money to the auction company for payment, instructions will be provided at the conclusion of the auction. The basic shipping (see below) and sending FFL fees will be charged at this time. Additional insurance can be purchased through the sending FFL at a later time.
BUYERS PREMIUM: Online buyers will have a 10% buyer?s premium.
OUT OF STATE BUYERS: After the close of the auction and before the end of the business day on the following Monday, payment with the auction company will be completed. Initial contact by phone and then a secondary contact through email. It is the buyer?s responsibility to provide the following information: 1) your name, address and phone number, and 2) information of the FFL that will be receiving the gun in your state (name, address, phone number, email, FFL#, and a copy of their FFL License).
SHIPPING/TRANSFER FEES: The local FFL Dealer that will be shipping the gun(s) is Steven J Crichton, 126 W Main, Council Grove, KS 66846, phone: 785-466-1941, processing and shipping of the gun(s) will start the week following the auction. The following fees to ship the gun(s) are as follows: A) a $25.00 transfer fee, B) the cost of the shipping passed on to you, they will be shipped through UPS with insurance matching the purchase price of your gun (s), C) If paying with a credit card, a 4% convenience fee applies. Buyer will be responsible for any of the charges by their receiving FFL dealer upon pickup. If after 7 days, you do not communicate with the auction company, the firearm will be considered abandoned. Your credit card will be charged for the purchase, by bidding, you agree that you have read and understand all the Terms and Conditions, which constitute a CONTRACT between you, the bidder, and us, the Auctioneer. Do not submit any bids unless you understand and agree to ALL terms of this contract. All local, state & federal gun laws apply. If you are not supposed to own/possess a firearm or for any reason, cannot pass any required background check, please do not bid. There is no refund if you are unable to meet these requirements. Firearms are not certified by a gunsmith. No Firearm Sales To New York Or California.
KANSAS RESIDENT BUYERS: Legal Kansas residents may pick guns up at time of pick up and will not have to go through an FFL. All state and federal gun laws apply. Buyer will be required to fill out an in-house registration at pick-up and provide the following information, but not limited to: a) Buyer?s name; b) Driver?s License; c) SSN; d) Address; e) Signature; f) Verify that you are of the legal age of 21 for the purchase of a handgun; and 18 years of age for the purchase of a long gun; g) Proof that you are a Kansas resident; h) And have never been convicted of a felony. We do NOT offer shipping on ammo.
IN PERSON PICKUP: If you are not able to pick up your gun(s) during that time, you will have to pick them up through the local FFL dealer and complete all paperwork/requirements as determined by the FFL dealer.
INSPECTION: All items are sold in "AS IS" condition. Inspection of items is highly encouraged. Bidders are required to make their own inspection of the items that they are bidding on. All descriptions of the items are believed to be correct and have been conscientiously described by a reliable source, however the auctioneer or seller does not guarantee said descriptions. Placing a bid on an item is the Bidder's acceptance of the condition of the item based on their inspection of the item whether inspection was done in person or online. The failure of Bidder to inspect the items does not constitute grounds for dispute. Please ask all questions prior to bidding.
