BRICKHOUSE AUCTIONS AGREEMENT
PICK UP WITHIN 10 DAYS FOLLOWING AUCTION CLOSE ONLY NO EXCEPTIONS - NO REFUND. If you can not pick up within this 10 days, please do not bid.

1 - REGISTRATION
(1a) Information Accuracy It is important to provide accurate information in relation to your credit card. The address on file must match the billing address on your file for payment to go through.
(1b) During Hibid registration your score will determine whether you are approved to bid in our auctions or not. If your score is below 0 or there are negative notes from other auctioneers, you will not get approved to bid with our auction.
2 - BIDDING
(2a) Final Bids All our bids are final and cannot be reversed. Please take your time in making sure that you do want the product before placing a bid. If you do not adhere to this, section 8. Will apply.
(2b) You can ask questions about products before the auction begins via email. We cannot guarantee we can answer all questions.
(2c) We have the right to add and or remove any items on the current running auction. This is usually done to ensure product information accuracy and to avoid any possible mistakes.
(3d) Item description: We usually describe all, and any information related to the product in our description, and we usually provide actual pictures of our products unless it is sealed. Please scroll through all photos and read the descriptions.
3 - INVOICE & CLERKING
(3a) Invoicing Invoices will be created within 24 hours after the auction close. Our invoices will include item quantity and description, detailed breakdown of payment (Total extended price, Buyer Premium, Handling, Tax, and Invoice total)
(3b) All our invoices will include a 13% buyer premium auction fee, and 13% sales tax.
4 - PAYMENT
(4a) Payment is due within 5 days after auction close. If the card on file is declined, it will be your responsibility to remit payment and clear the outstanding balance, otherwise your items be considered abandoned, and your account may be blocked from any future bids.
(4b) Payment with cash is accepted, please let us know during registration and or once invoice has been sent. Bring exact change, no guarantee we will have change. All cash will be checked for authenticity, if fake currency is detected then will will notify The Provincial Police right away.
(4c) E-transfer as payment can be made to Brickhouseauctions@gmail.com, just include the invoice number under memo and it will be auto deposited.
(4d) A 2% surcharge on all card transactions will be added with over $500 purchase(S), Accepted payments are Visa,MC, American Express, Discover
5 – PICK UP / HOLDS
(5a) Pick up times are arranged with buyer and are Monday 9am – 6pm, Tuesday to Friday 9am-4pm, Saturday 10am – 2pm.
(5b) If a 3rd party is picking up the item(s) we will require names(s) of the person(S) picking up via email and we will ask for ID to make sure it is the same person mentioned for pick up.
(5c) **Appointment must be booked for pick up**. We will not be able to pick your items if you show up with no appointment. Please do not sign up for more than one open time slot, as this will take away the opportunity for other bidders to pick up and will create overlap.
(5d) Booking will be made once payment has been received, please book one time slot as this will avoid over lapping with other pick ups.
(5e) We can hold the item(s) for up to 1 week only, we will deem the item(s) as abandoned after the week is done and place it back into auction at the Buyers expense of 25%. NO REFUNDS
(5f) If an item was not found during pick up, we will contact you ASAP to inform you if we have found the item. If the item is still not found, we will offer a credit/refund.
6 - SHIPPING
(6a) We offer shipping on most items Via Canada Post and all packages are covered up to $100. If you require more coverage let us know and we will charge accordingly. There is a $5 handling fee. Please make sure your address on the receipt is the same address we are shipping to. We are not responsible if the items go to the wrong address. We charge the credit card automatically for shipping costs. We will not send a price ahead of time, we cannot give quotes, and we do not send shipping invoices. Extra insurance on shipping is a 4% charge
(6b) We usually ship out Mondays.
(6c) All customs and declaration are solely the responsibility of the winning bidder. Brickhouse auctions is not responsible for any lost or damaged packaging once it has been shipped and all item(s) packaged are deemed AS- IS and are not warrantied. Brickhouse is not responsible for lost, damaged or missing packages once we ship it out.
(6d) We ship to all of Canada ONLY, We do not quote shipping.
(6e) PLEASE UNDER "notes to auctioneer" PUT THAT YOU REQUIRE SHIPPING SO THAT WE KNOW THAT IS WHAT IS REQUESTED OTHERWISE BRICK HOUSE AUCTIONS WILL NOT KNOW THAT YOU REQUIRE SHIPPING.
IF PAYMENT IS NOT RECEIVED WITHIN 3 to 5 DAYS OF THE CLOSING BID WE WILL DEEM THE BID(S) AS ABANDONED AND YOUR ACCOUNT WILL BE BANNED.
7 - REFUNDS
We do not offer refunds and or returns, all item(s) are Final Sale. If you have any question of the item(s) you can email us at brickhouseauctions@gmail.com. This must be done before the auction is open for bidding.
8 - ABANDONMENT
(8a) We provide a fare amount of time for pick to avoid going thru the abandonment stage. Communication will be made thru email at brickhouseauctions@gmail.com. If for whatever reason pick up cannot be made, we can reschedule one more time. We understand things happen and rescheduling might be needed.
(8b) We will communicate with the winning Bidder to set up a pickup time and date and if there is no communication and or no show for pick up, we will deem the item(s) as abandoned. We will attempt to contact the bidder via email or phone call to arrange pick up however if we do not get a response within 5 days of the payment received date then the item(s) will be deemed abandoned and a 20% restocking fee will be charged to the account of the bidder.
9 – FRAUD
(9a) To prevent fraud any invoices that total over $100 CAD, the customer will need to provide a valid Photo ID with the current address, and the Card used to make the payment. This information must match what is on the invoice and the credit card, otherwise will not be able to release the products to the customer.
(9b) Cash will be checked for authenticity. If we suspect or encounter any fake currency the Ontario Provincial Police will be notified immediately.
Brickhouse Auctions will not be liable or responsible for damage or injury to individuals or their property. The buyer expressly agrees to indemnify and save Brickhouse Auctions, the Seller and their assigns harmless from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damage or liability, directly or indirectly caused by or resulting from an act, including the negligent acts or omissions of Brickhouse Auctions or anyone acting in his/her behalf in connection with or arising out of auction.
