Join us in Eureka for a fun 5 day sale where we're auctioning off the contents for a client who downsized. This smoke free ranch home has lots on the main level, basement with walkout, deck, and in the garage. Be sure to check all pictures and read lot descriptions before bidding. Most items are used and will likely show some wear normal with age and use. We do our best to show any concerns but it is your responsibility to read the description and check pictures as well.
**Pick up is Tuesday 9/24/24 from 12 PM to 6 PM**
Full address shown on winning invoice. You may send someone to pick up your items for you. Any items not picked up and without prior arrangements are forfeited and may incur a removal fee. We cannot transport or set items outside. Please only bid if you can pick up during the scheduled time. Every auction we have 4 to 8 bidders request alternative picks ups and we simply can't keep up. It is your responsibility to pick up during the scheduled time. Items not picked up are forfeited.
IMPORTANT: ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS. We make no attempt to improve items. We do not test items unless noted and those items must be tested onsite. We do not issue refunds once the item leaves pick up. If you have questions regarding an item then you're welcome to contact us prior to the auction ending. Otherwise bring up any concerns during pick up. We're happy to assist.
Bidders are fully responsible for removing all items safely and within the scheduled pick up time. Any damage done to the home is charged to the bidder. Bring tools if a lot requires them. Bring help to remove heavy furniture pieces.
Invoices are sent the night the auction ends, usually within one hour. If you do not receive an invoice then check junk mail and add "info@2pickinchicks.com" to your safe list. We have no control how emails are received on your end; you are 100% responsible for receiving the invoice and picking up within the scheduled time. Contact Heather if you have any questions or need a copy of your invoice. Anytime you see "MAY HAVE WON" or "WON" under an item, that means you won and will receive an invoice. Be on the lookout or contact us if you're having problems. Texting is preferred 636-346-3493.
Effective 4/21/2023 - Bidders must check all items onsite before leaving. We give every bidder an invoice copy. It is your responsibility to ensure you leave with all your items. We get very busy during pick up, so be sure to check off each item on the invoice as you take them. Once pick up ends, assume anything left is forfeited. Any items listed as working or tested must be tested onsite. We do not issue any refunds once the item leaves and/or after pick up ends. Thank you.
