Description DWM 1914 Military P08 Luger chambered in 9mm with one, non-matching tin magazine with wood base plate, and a 4" barrel. Manufactured in 1915 (marked on top of the chamber) with serial number 2057c. Rust blued frame with stock lug, narrow trigger guard, and push button magazine release. Straw finished takedown lever, wide trigger, and serrated thumb safety marked "GESICHERT". Matching checkered walnut grips. Rust blued barrel, chamber, and toggle with flat checkered toggle knobs. Front fixed "dorsal fin" blade and rear V notch iron sights. The toggle is marked with "DWM". The barrel, receiver, and breech block are marked with the German military proof marks. Three letter acceptance mark on the right side of the receiver. The bottom of the barrel, side of the receiver, and front of the frame are serial number matching with the full serial. The bottom of the barrel is also marked "8,81". The last two digits 30 are serial number matching on the breech block, extractor, front toggle link, rear toggle link, sear, sear bar safety lever, side plate, takedown lever, thumb safety, trigger, and grips. Making this pistol all matching aside from the magazine. Must ship to a FFL holder.
Condition: Good/Very good with some scratches, sharp edge wear, and general cosmetic wear from handling. Varying spots of metal oxidation and finish patina. Scattered spots of pitting on the frame. Honest wear on the grips with some wear on the edges and the checkering. The grips have darkened. All of the metal markings are crisp and viable. The bore is bright and very clean with strong visible rifling.
