The real estate consists of a 3 bedroom, 2 bath single-family home with walkout basement on +/- 53 acres just outside of Buffalo city limits. The estate contains farm and garden supplies, vehicles, pet supplies, furniture, and household items. This will be a large sale with many quality items to sell!
This auction will take place at Simmons Farm at 32 Misty Lane in Buffalo, MO. Please place your maximum ABSENTEE BID. Absentee bidding will close one hour prior to the live sale. Even if you win the highest bid online, you can still be outbid in person, so be sure to place your highest bid! Auction preview is Friday, Oct. 4th by appointment only. Call (417) 733-2795 to schedule a preview. No shipping available. Item pickup is Saturday, Oct. 5th from 3pm to 6pm, Sunday, Oct. 6th from 3pm to 6pm, or Monday, Oct. 7th from 4pm to 6pm. CALL BEFORE PICKUP If items are not picked up within 7 days, they are considered available to resell, unless prior arrangements have been made.
