NOTICE: Delays in approval, payment, or signing of title documents do not extend the removal deadline.
BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY: The Buyer is responsible for arranging shipping and removing all property by the specified removal date. Removal is at the buyer's expense, risk, and liability.
REMOVAL DEADLINE: All Property must be removed within 14 calendar days (for domestic purchases) or 60 calendar days (for export-only property) after the sale date. Any storage arrangements beyond the removal deadline are the sole responsibility of the buyer and must be coordinated directly with the storage vendor.
REMOVAL DEFAULT: Failure to remove before the deadline will result in default, and the property will be resold by the U.S. Government. In such cases, the property will revert to the U.S. Government without further notice to the Buyer, all payments will be forfeited, and the transaction will be null and void.
REMOVAL PROCESS: Do not book flights or schedule pickups until you receive email authorization. Removal is BY APPOINTMENT ONLY and must be arranged directly with the storage vendor after receiving your Property Release document. A physical copy of this document is required at pickup.
For Buyer Pick-Up: The buyer named on the Bill of Sale must present the Bill of Sale, Property Release Form, and valid ID at pickup.
For Agent or Transport Service Pick-Up: If a Buyer authorizes an agent or transport service, they must complete the Release Authorization section of the Property Release. The agent must present a physical copy of the completed Property Release, along with the Buyer's ID, the agent's ID, and the Bill of Sale.
**SALVAGE: Property must be towed or transported away from the storage facility to the final destination. Driving the vehicle is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will result in revocation of bidding privileges.
