Along with the clubs the set includes 14 metal brackets which may have been used for displaying or storing the clubs, embossed with text. The clubs show some wear consistent with age, adding to their vintage appeal.

circa 1880’s, this is quite a rare find. "The bum roll was a padded device worn at the back of the waist, just above the hips. Its purpose was to accentuate the posterior, creating a rounded, curvaceous appearance. Women of the 19th century strived for an hourglass figure, with a small waist and emphasized hips, and the bum roll helped achieve this ideal shape. This undergarment was particularly popular during the Regency and Victorian periods. It was a key component of the empire waistline dresses of the early 19th century, as well as the crinoline and bustle styles later on. The placement and size of the bum roll varied depending on the fashion trends of the time. At the center is a gathered sewn linen drop with a hoop ring where coiled arches run through. The bustle itself measures approx. 13 inches wide, it stands as seen measuring approximately 4 inches tall. Wire mesh in very nice condition, linen material has wear and discoloration.
