INVOICES: Check your email after the auction for
your invoice and detailed pick up instructions. It may go to your junk or spam folder if this is your first purchase. If you do not receive this email after the auction, please call or text Daniel at 870.500.2407 for assistance.
PICKUP: We offer a TWO DAY pick up window and
we MUST have these items removed by Saturday at 12:00. Please pick up your items on Friday or Saturday following the auction. Items not picked up will not be held. They will be donated or resold after 12:00 Saturday and your card will be charged. No exceptions. :)
SHIPPING: All shipping MUST be pre-approved.
ONLY THE CARD ON FILE CAN BE USED AS PAYMENT FOR ORDERS REQUIRING SHIPPING; CARD INFO MUST MATCH SHIPPING INFO. NO EXCEPTIONS. And all first-time buyers will be subject to a two week holding period to allow proper time for internet transferral of funds. A $10 handling fee will be applied to each package. CREDIT CARDS: Your card will NOT BE CHARGED unless
Your credit card will NOT be charged after the sale unless requested. You can pay with cash or check upon checkout. If you do not make it for pick up, your card will be charged and items donated or resold. No exceptions.
PREVIEW DAY: You can see the items before bidding!
We always host a preview day before the auction. It is usually the Thursday that the auction closes from 10am-2pm. You can also schedule an alternate date by calling or texting auctioneer Daniel Hill at 8705002407 if needed.
