WE DO OUR BEST TO NOTE ANY AND ALL FLAWS BUT WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO ATTEND THE PREVIEW AND INSPECT THE ITEMS FOR YOURSELF. THIS IS A PICKUP ONLY AUCTION! THERE WILL BE NO SHIPPING. If you need assistance trucking larger items we will do our best to help you find someone. TITLED ITEMS: Titles will be sent out 10 business days after the close of the auction. All titles will be assigned to someone. NO OPEN TITLES WILL BE HANDED OUT. We will have loaders at the pickup site during loadout times to assist you in loading larger items. We charge a 5% buyer's premium. There is a 3% charge for credit card purchases. We will also be charging 7% sales tax unless you are tax exempt and have, or are willing to fill out an exemption form with us.
