SO I WILL BE GETTING STRICTER WITH GOING TO THE BACK UP BIDDERS, BUT I WONT ALLOW YOU TO BID IF I HAVE TO GO TO A BACK UP BIDDER, IT'S A WASTE OFEVERYONES TIME INVOLVED TO DO SO.

WHEN SIGNING YOUR INVOICE THIS IS THE TIME TO MENTION IF YOU ARE MISSING ANYTHING, AN ITEM IS SIGNIFICANTLY DIFFERENT THAN DESCRIBED. FOR INSTANCE I SAY SOMETHING IS WORKING AND IT IS NOT, SOMETHING IS BLUE AND ITS BLACK, WHATEVER. IF THE PICTURE IS CORRECT AND THE TITLE IS WRONG, THE PICTURE STANDS. IF I ACCIDENTALLY ACCOMPANIED A PICTURE FROM ANOTHER LOT ITS OBVIOUSLY GOING TO BE WHAT THE INTENTION OF THE LISTING IS FOR. FOR EXAMPLE I LIST A LAVA LAMP, BUT THE NEXT LOT IS A TV AND I ACCIDENTALLY CAUGHT A PICTURE OF THE TV W A LAVA LAMP...YOU'RE BIDDING ON THE LAVA LAMP AND THEREFORE THE TV WONT BE INCLUDED. IN ALL CASES THE AUCTIONEER HAS FINAL SAY AND DECISION IN DISPUTE SETTLEMENTS.
ONCE AN ITEM IS SIGNED FOR. YOU ARE ASSERTING THAT YOU ARE ACCEPTING THE ITEM AND IT IS IN THE CONDITION AND DESCRIBED CORRECTLY.
