ONLINE METHOD IS HIBID:you can LISTEN, WATCH it live, ACTIVELY bid live, or upon registering place Prebid's and the software will do the bidding for you up to your max. (The sotware will not take your max bid all the way to the max unless someone else has a bid higher) The bidder can register to bid at Hibid through our website at www.canningauctions.com , ***Please do not let internet bidding deter you from buying equipment Canning Auctions employees would be more than happy to help with the registration process or TAKE A PAPER ABSENTEE BID if you are unable to attend in person. All Internet Bidders shall be registered PRIOR to Auction Start Time, all online platforms give the bidder the capability of actively bidding or set your max bids. Canning Auction Service is providing Internet bidding as a service to any and all Bidders. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly during the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any claim against Canning Auction Service or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the auction. Canning Auction Service will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. ABSENTEE: We are also able to do bidding via phone PRIOR TO AUCTION DAY. Come view the equipment before 5pm on the Friday prior the auction and leave us the lot #, a starting bid and a maximum bid, an employee will be doing the bidding for you on the day of the Auction. We cannot have phone bids during the auction. REGARDLESS OF PLATFORM: You must be eighteen years old or older to register. In order to bid at this auction, you will need to register and create a user name and password. Bidders agree to keep their username and password confidential as they are responsible for any and all activity involving their account. Our services are available only to, and may only be used by individuals who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. Bidding rights are provisional and if identity verification is questionable, Canning Auctions LLC has the right to reject the registration and bidding activity will be terminated. You agree that all the information you provide during the registration process will be true and accurate. Canning Auctions LLC reserve the right to preclude any person from bidding if there is any question as to the person's credentials, mental fitness, etc... NOTE: Regardless of the platform that is used to BID ONLINE a 5% Buyers premium, will be added to the hammer price. All internet bidders will incur a $1.00 charge to their credit card for auction registration/bidder verification. This will appear on your final billing. An invoice will be emailed to all winning bidders at the conclusion of the auction. PAYMENT: ALL BUYERS must make payment in FULL NO LATER THAN 5PM WEDNESDAY MARCH 6th. Acceptable forms of payment are Cash, check with proper ID, cashier's check, wire transfer, or credit card & Debit Card. CARDS will have an ADDITIONAL 4% charge. WE NO LONGER ACCEPT MAILED PAYMENT, thank the United States Postal Service for that. ****NOTE: New Items And Dealer Inventory WILL BE SUBJECT to local Tax of 7.25% . IF YOUR PURCHASE IS QUALIFIED for exemptions please discuss that at the time of check out with the office staff. If you have questions regarding sales tax please contact the office. ALL SELLERS: Due to the specifics of this Auction seller proceeds will be mailed out NO EARLIER THAN SATURDAY MARCH16th ( if seller is wanting to pick up a check, Checks will be ready no sooner than FRIDAY DECEMBER 15th at 12PM) If you would like to pick up your check please notify office staff. PICKUP & LOADING - Loaders Always on Site DURING OPERATING HOURS loading dock available Canning auctions is glad to assit with load out following the auction tilL dark. NO LOAD OUT ON SUNDAY MARCH 3rd. Loading will also be available Monday - Friday 9-5 or by appointment following the Auction. If you cannot make these times please call 618-684-2331 to make arrangements. Buyers will be required to have a paid receipt before loading. PLEASE NOTE EQUIPMENT NEEDS TO BE PAID FOR NO LATER THAN WEDNESDAY MARCH 6th REGARDLESS IF EQUIPMENT IS BEING PICK UP BY LAST PAYMENT DAY. Titles will be mailed to the buyer no sooner than 10 business days after receipt of payment unless prior arrangements have been made. Shipping is responsibility of the purchasers, Canning Auction does not offer shipping of equipment.
